Amanda Alter
Amanda Alter is a Computer Science and Business teacher at Mabry Middle School. Ms. Alter has worked as an elementary and middle school teacher in Cobb County. She has had the pleasure of working at East Side Elementary for more than ten years as a computer lab instructor. She loves sharing her enthusiasm for technology with the students. Before joining East Side, she worked at Delta Air Lines in the Finance Department. Ms. Alter also has a couple of small businesses. After having children, she decided to change her career path and join the education sector. She is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia and loves to see her Bulldogs whenever she gets a chance. She is married and has two adult children. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
